ISU students design new sports equipment for special needs kids

Industrial Design students at Iowa State have spent the past semester designing new, adaptive sports gear for special needs kids at Courage League Sports. The goal is to design sports equipment that can be better adapted to athletes with specialized needs. The ISU students also spent hours volunteering at Courage League Sports to get ideas and better understand their clients' disabilities. It's a partnership that both parties hope to continue in the future. For more information visit http://www.news.iastate.edu/news/2016/04/21/courage-league
