Frederiksen led Iowa States residence department from 1967 to 1996. Several people will make brief comments at the dedication, including ISU President Gregory Geoffroy, vice president for business and finance Warren Madden, ISU senior Lisa Ahrens and Ryan Guard, chair of the Hawthorn Court Community Council.
