The fellowship is one of 25 awarded annually by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and the Elliott School of International Affairs of the George Washington University, Washington, D.C. The fellowships are awarded to individuals with outstanding projects that focus on public policy in a historical and cultural context.
