The forum is free and open to the public. Rowena Crosbie, founder and president of Tero International Inc., will speak to students, faculty and entrepreneurs about how her West Des Moines-based business has grown into an international company. Crosbie started her firm to provide employee career and personal growth opportunities. The firm provides leadership, teambuilding, time management and life skills training.
