ISU RANKS IN NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLAR TOP 10
AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State University ranks in the top 10 universities nationwide that enroll National Merit Scholars, according to a new annual report.
The National Merit Corporation's 1995-96 report ranks ISU eighth among all universities enrolling Merit Scholars and fourth among all public universities. ISU enrolled 154 National Merit Scholars in the fall of 1996.
