ISU ROAD SCHOLARS TOUR TO VISIT NORTH CENTRAL IOWA APRIL 3- 4

AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State University President Martin Jischke will lead a group of new ISU faculty and staff on a two-day Road Scholars tour of north central Iowa, April 3-4.

The purpose of the Road Scholars tour is to introduce new faculty and staff to the state of Iowa. The tour group travels the state by bus, visiting schools, businesses and farms. Tour stops will include Story City, Webster City, Fort Dodge, Manson, Storm Lake, Spencer, Okoboji, Emmetsburg, Humboldt and Belmond.

Attached is the itinerary for the north central Iowa Road Scholars tour. You are welcome to join the group at any point during the tour. The schedule is tight. If you would like to interview members of the tour group, you may want to do so while riding the tour bus for a short distance. John Anderson, associate director of ISU University Relations, will accompany President Jischke on the tour. He can assist you in meeting tour members or making other arrangements.
