When Elijah Moore was in high school, his life was changed forever. A car accident killed his twin brother, and left his older brother in a coma for over a month. Processing that tragedy, and watching friends, family and the community process it as well, led Moore to an interest in psychology and research. He plans to continue pursuing psychology and research in grad school. And during his time at Iowa State, Moore says he was helped along by so many faculty that really cared about his success.
