Embracing the diversity among Iowa State students

Iowa State associate professor of journalism and mass communication, Jay Newell, is embracing the diversity among the students in his classes. Newell, along with the help of a graduate student, is translating his lectures in Chinese, along with English, after he realized the international students were having a difficult time keeping up with class discussions and activities.
