A wind chill warning is in place through noon on Monday, Feb. 15:
- Wind chills will drop to -30F or low
- At these temperatures and conditions, frost bite can occur in as little as 10-20 minutes
- Please refrain from outdoor activities
- If you must go out, dress in layers, cover exposed skin and limit time outside
