Trade and foreign policy are at the forefront of voters' minds in Iowa

Trade policy has had a big impact on rural Iowa the past several years. Political science professor Jim McCormick says that potential trade deals with China, Canada, and Mexico could also have a big impact politically, as will the United State's perceived standing in the world.
