Graduating senior Sarah Bartlett wants to share her love of history with the world

Sarah Bartlett arrived on campus as a freshman ready to get to work pursuing her dream of being a museum curator. But shortly after arriving on campus, her father fell into a coma. He recovered, but soon her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then starting her sophomore year, Bartlett was in a car crash and sustained a massive concussion that caused her to lose a lot of her memory. But she persevered, taking advantage of opportunities Iowa State provided, including an archaeological dig in Greece. Now the graduating senior wants to share her love of history with everyone she meets. *This interview was shot following physical distancing guidelines, and with the interviewers wearing masks.
