One year anniversary of ISU, Moulton and King partnership

The day after President Steven Leath met with President Barack Obama at the White House, discussing ways to increase college opportunities for low-income and disadvantaged students, volunteers from ISU's School of Education, Financial Aid Office and Extension and Outreach spent time packaging meals with more than 400 students from Moulton Elementary in Des Moines. ISU Videographer Alex Murphy shows us how, working together, they packaged more than 14,000 meals. The Meals from the Heartland packaging event was part of Moulton's Day of Action celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This event also marks the one-year anniversary of the ISU, Moulton and King partnership.
