ISU among 'fittest colleges'
Iowa State is one of "America's fittest colleges," according to Muscle and Fitness Magazine. The magazine ranks Iowa State No. 3 nationally in providing students with opportunities to stay fit. It gives Iowa State high marks for the number of recreation facilities, sports clubs, intramural opportunities, and unique fitness classes. The magazine ranked public institutions with NCAA Division I-A sports teams.

Zulu-gospel group performs for youth
Hundreds of students from Des Moines and Pleasant Hill schools attended a matinee performance of Grammy award-winning singers Lady Black Mambazo at Stephens Auditorium Feb. 28.The group, which combines Zulu and gospel music, found fame with an appearance on Paul Simon's Graceland album.
